We ship to any address within Australia via Australia Post.
FREE standard shipping for orders over $120 and $12 flat rate for all orders under $100.
Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days of it being placed, once dispatched you can expect that your item/s will arrive within 2-10 business days depending on where you are located and keeping in mind any postage delays within the Australia Post system.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us here or email us with your order number, the item/s you need to return, and why you would like to return them.
We will respond with instructions on how to return the item/s from your order.
Please ensure that you contact us prior to returning any goods as your request may be rejected if you don’t first receive approval.
Under Australian consumer law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement for change of mind, however, we will happily organise a refund or exchange if an item is faulty.
Please contact us within 30 days, if this time period has gone by we cannot guarantee you will receive a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund in certain situations such as:
Damage due to user misuse
Lost or missing parts due to user error
Items and packaging not in their original condition
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Once you have contacted us regarding a return or exchange, we will notify you of the next steps if your claim is approved.
In the case of a refund, once we have received the goods back in their original condition you will be credited via your original payment method.
In the case of an exchange, we will arrange for an alternate choice to be sent to you once we have received the original goods back in their original/ unused condition.
**Shipping costs are non-refundable and any return shipping is to be arranged by the customer.
In the case of a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace an item if it is defective or damaged upon arrival. We are unable to replace an item if it has been misused.
